The momentum toward new energy adoption in Southeast Asia is unmistakable. Backed by its ambitious target of reaching 30% zero-emission vehicles by 2030, Thailand has secured its position as a central hub in the ASEAN new energy ecosystem. However, this rapid growth, characterized by Chinese NEVs securing over 70% market share and accelerating localized production, has exposed critical gaps. The absence of professional testing infrastructure, gaps in technical maintenance talent, and a fragmented after-sales service system have become decisive factors shaping the industry’s next phase of evolution.

在此背景下，2026年1月13日，泰国东盟企业家协会与电驴时代香港有限公司正式签订战略合作协议。作为新能源三电服务领域的标杆力量，电驴时代携多元布局的全链条服务能力入局，为泰国乃至东盟新能源产业注入中国服务动能。

Amid these industry dynamics, on January 13, 2026, the ASEAN Business Association and EMULE Hong Kong Limited officially forged a strategic partnership. As a benchmark player in the new energy three-electric components service sector, EMULE enters the market with a diversified, full-chain service ecosystem and injects strong Chinese service expertise into Thailand’s new energy industry and the broader ASEAN market.

中国车企在泰布局本地化生产的步伐不断加快，但“重制造、轻服务”的失衡现象逐渐显现：缺乏标准化三电检测设备导致维修安全性存疑，专业人才缺口超万人造成服务响应滞后，售后网点覆盖率不足30%让用户维权无门。这些困境，恰好是电驴时代深耕行业的核心攻坚领域。

As Chinese automakers accelerate localized production in Thailand, an imbalance between manufacturing expansion and service capability is becoming increasingly evident. The absence of standardized testing equipment for new energy three-electric components has raised concerns over repair safety. A shortage of more than 10,000 qualified professionals has slowed service response times, while after-sales service network coverage of less than 30% has left many users without effective channels for rights protection. Notably, these very challenges represent the areas where EMULE has built its deepest expertise and competitive edge.

1.跨国研学与教材开发

Transnational Study Tours and Teaching Material Development

 

双方联合开展新能源汽车领域跨国研学项目，搭建中泰技术人员互访交流平台；联合开发适配泰国及东盟的新能源汽车技术泰语教材，贴合当地产业与教育需求，为本土新能源汽车维修人才培养提供坚实的教学支撑。

The Parties shall jointly conduct transnational study tour projects in the field of new energy vehicles, establishing an exchange platform for mutual visits of technical personnel between China and Thailand. These tours will focus on technical training, enterprise visits, practical operations, case discussions, and related content. The Parties shall also jointly develop Thai-language textbooks on new energy vehicle technology, tailored for Thailand and the ASEAN region. These textbooks shall systematically cover core modules such as basic knowledge of the Three Electronic Components (TEC), maintenance and repairing skills, safety operation specifications, and industry application cases, ensuring they meet local industrial requirements and educational standards, thereby contributing to the standardized development of regional new energy talent training systems. 

 

2.检测设备输出

Export of Inspection Equipment

香港电驴依托技术与资源优势，向泰国及东盟输出新能源汽车三电系统检测仪器、故障诊断设备等先进检测设备及配套技术支持；帮助当地从业人员掌握设备应用技能，提升区域新能源汽车检测技术与服务能力，有效弥补泰国新能源汽车专业检测领域的能力短板。

Leveraging its technical expertise and resource advantages, EMULE Hong Kong shall export advanced new energy vehicle inspection equipment and provide associated technical support to Thailand and the ASEAN region. This includes, but is not limited to, TEC inspection instruments, diagnostic equipment, and platforms. The Parties shall jointly conduct specialized training on equipment operation and maintenance to ensure local practitioners attain proficiency, thereby comprehensively enhancing the level of new energy vehicle inspection technology and service capability in the region. 

 

3.新能源实训教室建设

Construction of New Energy Training Classrooms

双方整合技术、设备、场地、教学等资源，在泰国共建新能源汽车实训教室，打造集理论教学、实践操作、技术研发、技能考核于一体的综合实训平台，为泰国新能源汽行业持续输送高素质维修技术人才。

The Parties shall jointly establish new energy vehicle training classrooms in Thailand. These classrooms will integrate the technical resources and equipment of EMULE Hong Kong with the local resources, venue facilities, and teaching resources of the Association, creating a comprehensive training platform that combines theoretical instruction, practical operation, technical R&D, and skill assessment. The training classrooms will employ advanced teaching equipment and standardized pedagogical models to deliver systematic and professional new energy vehicle technology training services to university students and in-service technical personnel. 

 

4.新能源维修机构建设

Construction of New Energy Repair Workshops

双方在泰国及东盟共建标准化新能源汽车维修机构，聚焦三电故障诊断、维修、延保、技术咨询等核心业务；依托香港电驴技术设备支持与协会本地运营优势，提升终端用户服务体验与行业服务水平。

The Parties shall jointly establish standardized new energy vehicle repair workshops in Thailand and the ASEAN region, focusing on core services such as TEC diagnosis, maintenance, repair, insurance, and technical consulting for new energy vehicles. Relying on the technical support and equipment provision from EMULE Hong Kong and leveraging the local resources and operational advantages of the Association, these workshops shall provide professional and efficient maintenance and repair services to local vehicle owners and enterprises. Concurrently, adapting to local market characteristics, the Parties shall collaboratively study and formulate applicable fundamental standards for new energy vehicle maintenance and repair services (including operational standards, personnel qualification requirements, etc.), thereby facilitating the efficient operation and enhancement of service levels within the region's workshops.

Ecosystem Co-Creation: A New Benchmark for Sino-Thai Industry Collaboration
